Holiday Project
  Members of the Holiday Committee run and support the annual JBA holiday project. The annual project seeks members of the bar and their staff to provide gifts to senior citizens who are involved with the meals on wheels program in our area. It is a wonderful and fulfilling experience, and many firms have made this project part of their annual holiday tradition. Last year the JBA provided gifts to a record number of senior citizens.

Workers' Compensation Law
The Workers' Compensation Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association will be co-chaired by Mark K. Eckels, Esquire, and Blake J. Hood, Esquire of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. The section will hold meetings to discuss the legal issues of the day and will present a seminar intended to provide practical assistance to workers' compensation practioners. The section will also publish an article on recent legal developments in workers' compensation law. Through these efforts, the section hopes to increase its membership and foster communication and working relationships among the Jacksonville area workers' compensation attorneys.
