A mortgage loan investor is seeking attorneys with experience in residential real estate, consumer bankruptcy, foreclosures, and mortgage loan services for a long-term contract assignment. Full-time hours. Travel required.
Responsiblities will include:
· Conducting due diligence in a regional area.
· Meeting with mortgagees in default.
· Designing a workout plan or expediting the foreclosure process.
· Frequent travel.
Requirements:
· Candidates must have prior work experience with residential real estate closings, foreclosures, and consumer bankruptcy.
· Must have excellent "people skillsi and the ability to think creatively.
· Must be able to work full-time hours on a long-term basis.
