Cooperation in Litigation: Tips for Efficient e-Discovery Under the Federal and Florida Rules - Panel Discussion

Cooperation is a central theme in Rule 26(f) meet and confer conferences, negotiating ESI Protocols, and case management conferences under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.200(b). Join our moderator David Horrigan, Esq., as he moderates a discussion with Chris Dix, Esq., CEDS and Ana Johnson, Esq., CEDS regarding a subpoena where they represented opposing parties yet were able to negotiate and come to terms on the underlying eDiscovery issues in a cooperative manner leading to an acceptable outcome for both issuing and receiving party. The panelists will give us practical guidance on avenues for cooperation in negotiating eDiscovery issues.
