By participating, you're not just enjoying delicious chili- you're supporting Becoming Collegiate Academy and their mission to prepare young students for a successful future. Event proceeds will go to educational programs that benefit the Academy's students in grades K-5. Join us on Saturday, February 22nd at Riverside Arts Market. |

($2,500)
| Includes team registration, prominent logo display on all marketing materials and koozies, firm logo on 1 of 2 beverage stands, and first choice of table selection. Limited to two sponsors in order of who registered first.
| Cayenne Sponsorship
($1,500) | Includes team registration, prominent logo display on all marketing materials and koozies, and table selection following Habanero sponsors.
| Jalapeno Sponsorship
($750) | Includes team registration, prominent logo display on all marketing materials (not including the koozie), and table selection following Cayenne sponsors.
| General Team
($250) | Includes team registration only. Team spot selection will occur on a first come, first served basis based on registration date/time and will occur at the mandatory team meeting.

| Corporate Sponsorship Levels | Platinum
“Presented By” Sponsorship
($3,500) | The Platinum “Presented By” Sponsor will be the exclusive name sponsor of the 2025 YLS Chili Cook-Off. Marketing materials will read “Presented by [Sponsor Name].” Sponsorship benefits also include a spot on all marketing materials, social media promotions, and exclusive marketing at the Chili Cook-Off voting booth. “Presented By” sponsorship is limited to a single corporate sponsor. | Gold Corporate
Sponsorship ($2,000) | The Gold corporate sponsor benefits include a spot on all marketing materials, signage at both bars, and social media promotions. Gold corporate sponsorship is limited to four sponsors. | Silver Corporate
Sponsorship ($1,000) | The Silver Corporate Sponsorship benefits include a spot on all marketing materials. Silver corporate sponsorship is not limited to a certain number of sponsors. | |
Preliminary Event Guidelines | Public Times | Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Set up begins at 7:30 a.m. (cars are not allowed inside RAM after 9 a.m.)
Official judging starts at 10:00 a.m. | Mandatory Team Meeting | Tuesday, February 11th at 5:30 PM on Zoom | Registration Deadline | January 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Logos must be submitted to cshoup@jaxbar.org for inclusion in promotional materials

| Team Spot Selection | For all teams who select general registration: Team spot selection will occur on a first come, first served basis based on registration date/time and will occur at the mandatory team meeting. For all sponsoring teams: your team spot selection will be based on the sponsorship level you choose and your choice at the mandatory team meeting.
| - Minimum of 5 gallons (7 gallons recommended) of chili per team
- Teams are responsible for bringing extension cords, chili, tablecloths, bowls, spoons, and signage and/or marketing materials
- Tables will be provided
